How do I return an item to Fox & Birdie?
You have 30 days from receiving your order to request a return. Items must be unworn or unused, in their original condition, with all tags attached and in the original packaging. To start a return, email us at hello@foxandbirdie.com with your proof of purchase. Once approved, we’ll send you a prepaid shipping label and instructions. Please note we can’t accept items sent without prior approval.
Are there any itms you can’t return or exchange?
We’re unable to accept returns on sale items or gift cards. For exchanges, the quickest option is to return your item for a refund and place a new order for the one you’d like instead.
How do refunds work and when will I get my money back?
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll let you know if it’s approved. Approved refunds are processed to your original payment method within 12 business days, but your bank or card provider may take longer to complete the transaction. If it’s been more than 15 business days since we confirmed your refund and it hasn’t appeared, please email hello@foxandbirdie.com.
